With me you can finally stop the hustle of finding the right candidate for your operation.
For Good!
Hiring Seasonal Workers Shouldn’t Be This Hard
Here’s what usually happens:
You hire someone who talks a big game but can’t tell a seeder from a sprayer
They break equipment because they don’t actually have the hours they claimed
You waste valuable time during peak season training someone who ghosts you halfway through
Or worse—you’re stuck with an underqualified worker who costs you money, time, and a whole lot of stress
And sure, Facebook and Instagram are free… but what’s the real cost?
Your time is worth more than scrolling through hundreds of applications hoping to find one decent candidate.

You’ve got an operation to run!

Why Me? Because I’ve Been There.
I’m not some recruiter sitting in an office. I’ve worked as a seasonal hand and 2IC on Australian farms. I know what it’s like during seeding and harvest when you need someone who can hit the ground running!
My journey began while working as a seasonal harvest hand and 2IC in Australia from 2022 to 2024, where I saw firsthand how challenging it was for farms to find reliable, skilled seasonal staff. Inspired by this experience, I decided to bridge the gap—connecting Australian farms with high‒quality workers, and supporting both sides with practical advice and a personal, hands‒on approach.
1
Handpicked & Verified
Every candidate is personally vetted. I check their machinery experience, talk through their background, and make sure they’ve got the skills and attitude your farm needs.
2
Farm Visits & Content Creation
I come to your property, meet you face-to-face, capture professional content, and build a real relationship. No cookie-cutter approach.
3
Ongoing Support
Your workers can reach me anytime during the season. I’ll even try to visit during harvest to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
4
Replacement Guarantee
If a worker doesn’t work out, I’ll find you a replacement. Simple as that.
Three Steps to Better Hires (And Better Content)
Step 1: Get In Touch
Reach out and tell me what you need. What roles? What season? What’s your farm like?
Step 2: We Match & Create
I match you with pre-vetted candidates and visit your farm during peak-season to capture professional content that showcases your operation.
Step 3: They Arrive Ready
Your workers show up with the skills you need, and your farm’s story is out there attracting even more quality talent.
Timeline: Ideally 1‒6 months before the season starts
Is This Right for Your Operation?
We work best for farms that value quality over quick fixes. No fussing around. Straight to the point and always on‒time.
You’re a great fit if:

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to what most farm owners ask before working with us.
How do you vet your workers?
Each candidate completes a detailed application covering machinery experience, hours on specific equipment, previous farm work, English level, and licenses. Then we have a personal call to dig into their experience and check if they truly understand the work, not just the buzzwords.
What exactly is it that I do?
We connect Australian broadacre farms with pre-vetted German seasonal workers and create professional content (drone + ground footage) to help your farm attract quality talent and build its brand.
How long do workers usually stay?
Most placements are for a full season (harvest or seeding), with a preference for candidates who are open to staying longer or returning for another season.
What types of farms do you work with?
Mainly broadacre operations in grain, cotton, and livestock across WA, NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, and TAS. Both larger family farms and commercial operations.
What’s the best way to get started?
Reach out via the contact form, email, or phone and tell us about your operation, timing, and what kind of workers you’re looking for. From there, we’ll walk you through the next steps.
How do you charge for your recruitment service?
We typically work on a per-placement fee split into two parts: an upfront fee when the placement is confirmed and a second part once things are running well on-farm. Exact pricing can be discussed based on your needs and number of workers.
What if a worker doesn’t work out?
If a placement isn’t a good fit, we talk with both sides, try to resolve the issue, and if needed, work on finding a replacement. The goal is to keep your operation running smoothly, not leave you stuck mid-season.
Can we meet you in person?
Where possible, yes. Part of the service is visiting farms, getting to know you and your operation, and capturing content on-site. That personal connection is a big part of how we work.
Do I have to use the content service if I only want workers?
No, you can use recruitment on its own. But the best results come when recruitment and content work together: your farm looks attractive, and the right people are drawn to you.
